ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS. MYKOOSTUDIO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT.

 

Our process time is 1-3 weeks on all products and made-to-order items. Pre-order items may take up to 3 to 4+ months.

 

MYKOOSTUDIO SHIPS WORLDWIDE, except for the following countries.

  • We offer FREE Standard USPS shipping for domestic (USA) orders for over $100 USD.
  • UK/EU customers: Due to VAT, please use our Etsy shop https://www.etsy.com/shop/MYKOOSTUDIO If you purchase directly on our Shopify Shop, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VAT CHARGES.
  • Germany customers: Due to their new packaging laws called the Veroackungsgesetz, WE NO LONGER SHIP TO GERMANY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

 

Domestic shipping (USA) takes between 3-10+ days for delivery. We HIGHLY recommend purchasing INSURANCE PACKAGE with your order.

International shipping takes between 1-4+ weeks for delivery. We HIGHLY recommend selecting shipments with INSURANCE with your order.

  • USPS First Class Package International (Free Tracking, NO INSURANCE)
  • Priority Mail International (Free Tracking + $200 INSURANCE INCLUDED)
  • UPS Worldwide Expedited (Free Tracking + $100 INSURANCE INCLUDED)
  • UPS Worldwide Saver (Free Tracking + $100 INSURANCE INCLUDED)

For any LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT:
