Q: Why hasn’t my order been shipped yet?

  • The processing time once an order is placed is 1-3 weeks.
  • If your order contains a pre-order item, your order will be shipped once pre-order items arrive. The processing time for pre-orders is 3-4+ months. We cannot ship your item(s) separately.
  • In case of urgency, please purchase any non-preorder item(s) separately from any pre-order listing item(s).
  • Please refer to our Shipping Policy. 

 

Q: What is a made-to-order product?

  • A product listed as a made-to-order item means that once an order is placed, our team will start making your item(s). The process time is 1-3 weeks.

 

Q: What is pre-order, and how long does it take?

  • A product listed as pre-order means purchasing an item that has not been made or is not in stock. Once the pre-order item(s) are funded, our team will alert our manufacturer, and the process will start. The process time can take up to 3-4+ months.
  • Get updated on the pre-order item(s) on our Instagram.

 

Q: Can I combine my orders?

  • Yes, you definitely can. Please send an email with your name and both of your order numbers to mykoostudio@gmail.com
  • If your first order has already been shipped, we cannot combine your orders.

Q: What should I do if my package gets lost/stolen/damaged during transit?

  • All orders come with free tracking, which is sent to the email you provided.
  • As a consumer, you are responsible for keeping track of your package(s). We highly recommend purchasing the Insurance Package with your order if anything happens during transit. Please refer to our Shipping Policy.
